She has performed in an array of opera and musical theater shows, her favorite roles include Octavian in Der Rosenkavalier, Dorabella inCosi fan tutte, Cherubino in La Nozze di Figaro, Third Lady in The Magic Flute, Aunt Eller in Oklahoma! and Aldonza in Man of la Mancha amongst others.
Joëlle is an active recitalist, regularly performing in France, Swizerland and the United States. In concert, Ms. Morris has appeared with the Nouvel Orchestre de Genève at La Grange au Lac in Evian, France, as the alto soloist of Vivaldi’s Gloria and Magnificat. She has also appeared as the soloist in the French premiere of Domenico Clapasson’s Il Pellegrino dell’assoluto for soprano, choir and orchestra under the direction of Sylvain Croisonnier in Evian-les-Bains, France.
