Jason Paquette
Jason Paquette comes from a family of musicians. Both his mother and father have taught private lessons and in public schools for a combined 54 years and counting. Needless to say music has been a part of Jason’s life since birth. He took piano lessons starting in the second grade and started playing tenor sax in the fifth grade. Jason’s love for singing was not realized till his senior year of high school.
After high school Jason pursued a degree in music education with a focus in voice from the University of Maine in Orono. While at Orono he sang with the University of Maine Singers, the UMaine Stieners, and a couple of Barbershop Quartets (The Missing Fourth and Four Sheets to the Wind). While in these groups Jason was sent on tours to major cities in the north east and Canada as well as a two week long European tour.
Jason is currently teaching public school full time at Morse High School in Bath. He is also part of a six man A Capella Group, named SideCarHeroes, based out of the Portland area.
Stephanie Fisher
Singing has been a life-long passion for Stephanie; from singing with the Morse High Jazz Singers, to winning 1st Place for the state of Maine in the Talent America Competition in 2000. She continues to develop her vocal skills and repertoire; working on a variety of projects with Matt Fogg, ranging in style from jazz and soul, to R&B and gospel. Stephanie has been the featured vocalist for the popular covers band, Retrospecticus, for the past two years. She’s earned solid reviews performing as a jazz vocalist working with guitarist Scott Morgan (at Montsweag Roadhouse in Woolwich, and Augustine’s Restaurant and Lounge in Brunswick), and keyboardist Matt Fogg (at Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport).
