Calling all cool cats! Just when you thought the Midcoast School of Music had offered up everything there is to offer, we decided to throw this one at you! Our Swing Into Spring Ensemble is designed to give students the opportunity to play real jazz while learning from professional jazz musicians. We will cover several genres of jazz, playing selections from such legends as Miles Davis, Oscar Peterson, Dexter Gordon, Clifford Brown and many, many others. This will be an ensemble that defies expectations and pushes the boundaries!
