Take what you would normally associate as a percussion ensemble and throw it out the window! This ensemble is going to take things to the next level. If you’ve ever walked down the streets of New York, Boston or L.A. you’ve seen bucket drumming. Have you ever seen “Stomp?” Cool huh? Well throw those two ideas into a blender and you have the Midcoast School of Music Percussion Ensemble!
Our goal is to create a fun and educational environment for students to play drums. We will play some funky beats, as well as work on some ethnic rhythms, all while playing non-conventional instruments!!!! This class is sure to be a “HIT!”
This ensemble has been scheduled for Tuesday nights – time and date TBA.
